I grabbed a hammock and a set of straps from Wise Owl Outfitters, i’m really happy with them. The quality feels solid, especially for what I paid, and it didn’t feel overpriced at all. Shipping was totally fine too, no issues there. For the money, this was a GREAT buy, and I’d definitely order from them again if I need more camping gear.

I got my order from Wise Owl Outfitters, and the actual items were fine, so no complaints there. The packaging, though, was average and didn’t really give me a ton of confidence when I opened it.

The box had a few dents, and the tape looked like it was slapped on in a hurry. Nothing was damaged, thankfully, but it didn’t feel packed as securely as I would’ve expected.

I might still order from them again, but I’d really hope they take a little more care with packing next time. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because, i never really trust that it’ll be worth the hassle unless something is seriously broken.

Shipping was alright. Not terrible. Just slower than I thought it would be. I expected it sooner.

I don’t know, maybe I’m just expecting too much, but the whole thing felt a bit unreliable. I wouldn’t say it was a total disaster or anything, but it definitely didn’t leave me feeling like I could fully trust them. So yeah, not exactly reassuring

I used this bug net on a weekend camping trip, and overall it did an okay job. It kept most of the bugs out, though a few still managed to sneak in around the edges. Maybe I didn’t set it up perfectly, so that could be on me, but I was hoping for a slightly better fit. For the price, it’s not bad

Used this tarp over my hammock during about 6-ish hours of steady rain, and it did the job well. It covered everything nicely and I didn’t notice any leaks. The corners took maybe 10 minutes or so to get set just right, which was a little annoying, but once it was up, it held fine. Packed down without any trouble too.

I’m not even kidding, this stuff feels seriously well made. The quality is obvious the second you pick it up, and it feels sturdy enough that I’m basically 100% sure it’s going to hold up really well.

I don’t know, maybe it’s just my screen or the lighting, but the color looked different from the photos. I was expecting one shade and got something that didn’t really match at all, which was kind of annoying

I originally bought my Wise Owl hammock for camping, but I’ve ended up using it all over the place, in the yard, at the park, and even on a few beach trips. It packs down small, which makes it easy to bring along. I didn’t expect to use it as much as I do, but it’s been surprisingly handy. The second I took these out, I was weirdly impressed. They feel thick, sturdy, and legit, not that flimsy bargain-bin webbing that makes you question every life choice.

I’ve used them a few times now and they haven’t slipped, stretched out, or done anything sketchy at all. The stitching looks really clean too, which made me trust them way more than I expected. i’m kind of obsessed with how much more secure my setup feels now. Tiny upgrade, massive peace of mind

I’ve taken my Wise Owl hammock out on a few trips now, and so far it’s been holding up well. The material feels sturdy, and I haven’t noticed any tearing or wear yet (which is always my main concern with hammocks). I’m only taking off one star because the stitching on the bag looks a little rough, but the hammock itself has been solid.

I got a hammock from Wise Owl Outfitters and, it’s comfortable for shorter hangs. I was trying to look through a few hammock options, but the website was kind of annoying on my phone. Some pages took a while to load, and comparing different products wasn’t as simple as I’d hoped. The menu felt like it kept adding extra steps for no real reason. I do like the products, but the shopping experience was just more of a hassle than it needed to be.

Got this for camping. Love how tiny it packs down. Fits in my bag no problem. Makes packing easier. I’d buy from Wise Owl again.

The hammock was a little smaller than I expected. It still works fine, but... if you're on the taller side, it's not the most comfortable to stretch out in.

The site looks decent overall and it’s easy enough to use, but it does feel a bit cluttered in places. Compared to some competitors I’ve used, it doesn’t feel quite as polished or clean, and the design is a little plain. Not bad, just not especially standout either.

I bought these straps for my hammock because they were supposed to work with my setup, but the clips didn’t match up right at all. Frustrating when something is advertised like it’ll fit and then in reality it just doesn’t. it was more annoying than helpful

Once the weather turned, though, I started noticing the limits. It did fine during a light rain, but during a longer storm I found damp spots near the edges and seams, and the wind made the tarp flap around more than I expected. I ended up reaching out to customer support because it felt like something that shouldn’t be happening that quickly.
They were polite, but I did have to push the issue a bit before it felt like my complaint was being taken seriously. Overall, it’s decent gear for the price and probably fine for casual camping, but I wouldn’t rely on it if rough weather is in the forecast.
